Support Of Product
I just want to ensure those that decide to register this door that shipment
of their registered copy will be sent promptly. I want to make it clear that
all my door games are supported by me to the best of my ability. If you have
any problems at all with any of my doors, I will try to solve your problem as
best as I can and also as quick as possible.
Warranty
This product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The entire
risk as to the results and performance of the program is assumed by you.
Futhermore, I the author do not warrant, guarantee, or make any represent-
tions regarding the use of, or the results of the use of the program, and you
rely on the program and results solely at your own risk. I the author cannot
accept responsibility for system damage, loss of profit, or any other special,
incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to
use this product.
Copyright
The War Door Card Game is distributed under the SHAREWARE concept.
Under this concept you may use the SHAREWARE (unregistered) version for a
reasonable period of time, which I consider to be three weeks, after which
you must either register your copy or discontinue usage.

Distribution
You are free, in fact encouraged, to distribute the SHAREWARE (unregistered)
version of War Door Card Game provided that all files contained in the
the original WARDOR10.ZIP archive are distributed in their original unmodified
state.
Introduction
&
How To Play
The War Door card game play is fairly simple. The user
is shown the computers card first, then prompted for a wager.
This wager has limits, a minimum of $10.00 is required, and a maximum of
$99.00 is allowed.
If the user falls under the minimum of $10.00 then he/she is exited from
the game, all bulletins are updated, and open files are closed, restoring
your system to the origional mode that it was operating in.
All users are given $200.00 to start the game, they do not carry any previous
totals over to the next game. If they beat a previously high score, theirs or
another users, then their name will replace that bulletin ranking location.
The user has the ability to bet, read instructions, view the bulletin (Which
is updated every time that the option is selected, and at end of game), Redraw
the screen (Should be used if a Drop to Dos, or after chat mode) and of course
the user can quit the game ....
With the Unregistered version players are limited to 25 playes, upon
registration the playes become unlimted, and your BBS name will appear on
the registration line.
All registrations will be mailed to you on the form of a 5.25 360K disk, or
will be uploaded. When you receive your copy of the registered program, just
copy the **NEW** WARDOOR.EXE file into the wardoor directory ....

Setup & Installation
Installation procedures are relatively simple if you have setup a Door
program in the past. To make the explanations simple I'll just deal with
one file at a time.
List of Files In Archive
The following files are either found in your ZIP or will be
created during the runtime execution of the War Door Card Game.
WARDOOR.EXE <--- Executable Program.
WARDOOR.CNF <--- Configuration File.
WARDOOR.BUL* <--- Store User's Name and Scores.
WARDOOR.ANS <--- The Head Used in Game Play (ANSI)
WARDOOR.DOC <--- This File.
WARDOOR.BLT* <--- ANSI High Score Bulletin.
WARDOORG.BLT* <--- ASCII High Score Bulletin.
* DENOTES that file is created during RUN-TIME.
WARDOOR.CNF contains:
C:\PCB\PCBOARD.SYS <--- For PCBoard Systems.
C:\BBS\CALLINFO.BBS <--- For WC! Systems.
C:\BBS\DOOR.SYS <--- For Systems that support DOOR.SYS
C:\BBS\DORINFOX.DEF <--- For QBBS\RBBS\RA. Replace X with node #.
The Hotline BBS <--- The BBS Name
Steve <--- SysOps First Name
Tolfa <--- SysOps Last Name
(Of course you know that you have to choose from the lines above which
system you are running, or which to convert to)

WARDOOR.BUL contains:
This file contains the following user data:
250, Steven Tolfa
200, Stephanie Tolfa
0, NONAME
0, NONAME
0, NONAME
WARDOOR.ANS:
This is the WAR Head that is displayed for the War Door Card Game.
This file MUST BE PRESENT and NOT ALTERED in any way for the game to run
properly!
WARDOOR.BLT/WARDOORG.BLT:
This is the High Score Bulletin, these should be present in the current
game directory. Being a former SysOp I know that we all like to do things
with our game Bulletins, so copy the bulletin, do not rename it or move it!
(Important for game play!)

Installation
As with any Door Program installation is simple too.
Just create your BATCH file like this sample one for RA/QBBS:
echo off
CD C:\DOORS\WARDOOR
WARDOOR WARDOOR.CNF
CD C:\BBS
Then just put War Door Card Game files in the C:\DOORS\WARDOOR
directory and your ready to run the door. If the Callinfo.bbs/Dorinfo1.def/
Door.sys or Pcboard.dat does not reside in the Indain War Door directory, then
make sure that you specify the path in the WAR.CNF file!
I know this may be short, but I figure that you know what your doing anyway.
Also War Door Card Game does not need any monitoring program for drop carrier's.
NOTE: This door requires a BRUN45.EXE patched for DTR. It is always available
from most of your local BBS's.
